Q. Can I get a copy of your Terms & Conditions of Sale?

Q. Are there any age limits ?
A. There are no age limits, the only requirement is that children can put their feet on the foot rests, 12 years old (135cm) is a good guide. Children MUST be accompanied by an adult, (age 16 years or over).
Q. I want to book a tour as a gift but I don't know which day the person will want to go out?
A. No problem. We will supply you with a gift voucher or we will send the voucher directly to the person on your behalf. The gift voucher is valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
Q. Do you run the tours all year round?
A. We generally run tours through Spring, Summer and early Autumn. Winter is by prior arrangement. Each season has its own very special qualities, further enhancing your tour experience. For winter you definitely need to be well wrapped up for riding up and down the dales, seeing the most gorgeous hazy winter sun glistening on the snow topped hills experiencing the Yorkshire dales at their best.
Q. What do I need to bring?
A. Just bring yourself with good trousers, stout shoes and a warm jumper, or jumpers. We do supply additional jackets and gloves which are really warm & helmets are fitted with intercom . A camera is a great idea to record your memories.
Q. Do we need to wear helmets?
A. Yes, whilst helmets are not required by law on a trike in the United Kingdom our insurance requires us to supply helmets on all tours. Also, its great to be able to talk through the intercoms.
Q. What happens if its raining?
A. If it looks like the weather will be unsuitable we will re-schedule your tour with you over the telephone with no fuss, and move to a date which is convenient for both parties. In all honesty it doesn’t rain as much as people like to believe. If time is a constraint we will issue you a gift voucher valid for use within the next 12 months. We suggest if you are on holiday it is probably best to book your tour on the first days of your holiday, giving us more freedom to re-schedule if neccesary while you are still in the area. We will always endeavour to do our best to suit you. We always have waterproofs on board (if needed)
Q. Can people with disabilities take a tour?
A. We will always endeavour to make it possible for people with disabilities to enjoy the thrill of riding in the open air on our trikes . We are aware that it can take a little longer but this is really not a problem. We will do everything we can to assist and give you a truly amazing experience. Safety is paramount to us so our trikes have foot rests, a safety lap bar to hold on to and seat belts for that extra secure feeling. Please telephone us so we can talk it through to make sure we have addressed any of your concerns and have everything covered. Our only requirement is that, where appropriate, should your disability require extra help, you bring someone with you.
Q. What if my voucher has run out or I can't take the tour before the expiry date?
A. All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. We do know sometimes people are unable to find time for whatever reason to take the tour before the end date. Therefore If you are unable to use you voucher within the dates stated on it. Please call us well within the last 7 DAYS OF THE EXPIRY DATE and we will endeavour to extend your voucher further from the end date on your original voucher.
Q. Are there any restrictions?
A. Yes, No person over 17.5 stone (111kg) will be allowed on the trike so please check first, No person unfit through drink or drugs will be allowed on the trike. Children must be able to touch the foot rests with their feet. Please see our full terms & conditions .
Q. I have a Gift Voucher, will you contact me to arrange a date?
A. No, as it states on your voucher you should contact us to arrange a date for your tour, please do this as soon as you can, do not leave it till the last minute to ensure you get the date you want.
Q. Can I reschedule my tour date ?
A. Yes but for tours which you wish to re-schedule we require minimum of 7 days notice. If you wish to re-schedule a tour giving 7 or more days notice this will be done once free of charge. Please see full terms & conditions.
Q. Can I cancel my tour once booked ?
A. Yes, we need a minimum notice of 21 days to cancel your tour and a charge applies for this, see terms & conditions. Gift vouchers are non refundable.
Q. Can I ride as a single passenger?
A. Yes of course. Please bear in mind that all tours with YTT are based on 2 people sharing, therefore full remittance will be charged. There are no reductions for single passengers.
Q. What's Not Included?
A. Gratuities, Meals not specified in your itinerary, Wines and drinks with meals unless specified in your itinerary, Sundry purchases (gifts, snacks etc) & Travel insurance
